Katiella is building a future shaped by sustainability. She independently founded Planetero, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps students lead climate action by connecting school-based clubs and youth initiatives with local nonprofits through a global directory focused on grassroots impact.

She also leads Eco Amigurumi, where she researched the challenges of sustainable crafting through outreach and surveys with over 1,000 artists, publishing an educational report and growing an Instagram community of 6,000+ focused on more conscious creation. A Stanford Online High School junior, deeply interested in sustainability, economics, and psychology, she uses both platforms to inspire action—supported by her mother as she grows into a strong voice for change.
